All participants in the WLL must be residents of Loudoun County (living in a school attendance zone where the participant would end up in Loudoun Valley, Heritage, or Loudoun County High School). Non-Western Loudoun County club players are not permitted to play on teams from Western Loudoun County. Players from Western Loudoun County are not permitted to play on teams from non-Western Loudoun County clubs.
