Explosive Performance

The Western Loudoun Lacrosse Board of Directors is pleased to announce
our partnership with Explosive Performance Sports.  We will be offering
speed clinics for all registered (boys and girls) Western Loudoun
players.  Join the experts of Explosive Performance(EP) for their proven
Lacrosse Speed and Quickness Clinics.  These clinics will improve speed,
agility, quickness, flexibility and strength while focusing on the
dynamics of Lacrosse.  EP is considered a leader in Lacrosse Training
throughout the nation, working with the US Lacrosse Convention, US
Lacrosse U19 teams, and 6 of the past 8 VA State Champions for Lacrosse!


We will be offering four speed clinics at Franklin Park and Harmony
Intermediate School on the following dates:

Sat, Mar 1 - Franklin Park, 10:30-12:00
Sat, Mar 8 - Franklin Park, 10:30-12:00
Sat, Mar 15 - Franklin Park, 10:30-12:00
Thurs, Mar 27 - Harmony Intermediate, 5:30-7:00

Cost:  The cost of each clinic is $20.00 and the proceeds will go
towards Western Loudoun Lacrosse fund raising.  Payment is due the day
of the clinic.  Make checks payable to 'Western Loudoun Lacrosse'.

How do I sign up?  If you intend to participate in any of the clinics,
email Ted Solis (tsolisva@verizon.net) with your name, age group (e.g.
Boys U13) and the dates you plan to attend. Please send the email no
later than two days prior to the event so we can schedule the
appropriate number of instructors.  You may sign up for any number of
clinics. Purchase all 4 sessions, and receive a FREE Week of EP at one
of the EP training sites.

What do I bring?  Fill out the waiver and bring it with you the
day of the clinic.  You may also bring your lacrosse sticks but they are
not mandatory.
