WLL Funding
and Sponsorship
With
today's economy and costs of items to support the league
like (insurance, officials, Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse
League (NVYLL) fees, etc.) we need
to turn to fundraising to supplement our income from
registrations. By doing this we can continue to keep
Western Loudoun Lacrosse's registration costs lower than all
our surrounding lacrosse leagues.

included to help explain our current registration fees, the
need to supplement those fees with fundraising and what
operating expenses are involved and how the registration
fees are currently allocated.

Sponsorship
Opportunities
Western Loudoun Lacrosse needs your help to make our
league the most enjoyable and rewarding program possible for
the youth of Western Loudoun County. To date, we have relied
solely on the financial support of its player membership.
However, due to an overall rise in league operating costs
associated with running a year-round program, we have found
it necessary to seek additional sources of financial
support.
We offer two levels of sponsorship:
League Sponsorship: a $1,000
contribution provides:
- Individual one page email to all parents announcing
sponsorship
- Sponsor provided (or league written) link to your
website, along with address and phone number
- Company name announced at Opening and Closing Events
- Opportunity to put up a sponsor provided banner at
Opening and Closing Events
- Placement of a link and logo on our website
Team Sponsorship:
a $300 contribution provides:
- Company name announced at Opening and Closing Events
- Placement of a link and logo on the Home Page and Sponsor page
Sponsorships go to help support Western Loudoun Lacrosse.
Your generosity will help in the purchase of equipment,
uniforms, clinics and special events, thus keeping the
registration fees as low as possible.
